Brief description – Team based permanently on site carrying out day-to-day proactive & re-active measured term maintenance works as well as having the opportunity to tender & carry out large projects on site.
A few recent projects listed below;
Brewery yard drainage replacement project – Replacement of foul drains from pot to stainless steel within brewery yard, ensuring no disruption to brewery production/ deliveries etc.

Roofing repairs – Office Block 1 – consisting of 16 nr. seperate roofs of an existing office building. Both flat & pitched roof areas and at multiple levels, new fabricated handrail & posts, cat ladders, replacement gutters & rainwater pipes, road traffic management.
