Dunbar House comprises 1 three storey block of 17 apartments. The site was very confined and surrounded at all sides by commercial
and residential premises.
Work included site clearance, disposal of contaminated waste following demolition of a Public House (by others), steelwork, brick and blockwork,
roofing and internal fit out including the installation of bathroom fittings and kitchens.
The flats were completed to a high quality finish to successfully create luxury inner-city dwellings.
